Cyberpunk 2077 is a narrative-driven, open world RPG set in the most vibrant and unsafe metropolis of the future: Night City.

During a very brief E3 Coliseum panel hosted by Geoff Keighly, CD Projekt Red's Kyle Rowley, (associate design director) and Peter Gelencser (level design coordinator) took the stage to chat about some of Cyberpunk 2077's systems.

After the debut of the first major Cyberpunk 2077 trailer during E3 2018, CD Projekt Red devs provided various press outlets with access to almost an hour of gameplay action. And though much of the gameplay is still under wraps, details are starting to trickle out here and there.

This change in player perspective has changed the perspective of several potential players who worry that CD Projekt Red is abandoning the hardcore RPG stylings of The Witcher series for a more digestible shooter action game.

Go Anywhere, Do Anything - Cyberpunk 2077 is fully open-world, which means Night City is yours for the taking - if you're prepared.

The protagonist, V, has customizable gender, skills, equipment, cosmetics.

Amazon To Exclusively Broadcast Premier League Games From 2019
The giant online retailer will show 20 Premier League matches a season for three years, starting from the 2019/20 season. The deal is an important milestone for Amazon, but it represents only a fraction of the larger Premier League pie.

As soon as we manage to get our hands on Cyberpunk 2077, we'll report back - now the game has no release date, although we know it will come out on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

That said, Rowley emphasized numerous times that the game will not be a first-person shooter (FPS).

The streets are bustling, things are happening around you in a way that makes you feel as if they'd be happening whether you were there to initiate them or not. You can also mod weapons and, by using drugs, augment yourself. The game will also feature interactive dialogue that will impact the game in true CD Projekt RPG fashion. The choices made during creation are reflected in the world, and affect how characters perceive the player.

According to CD Projekt Red, Cyberpunk 2077 contains "dozens of hours of main story arc quests", and it seems as if Night City will have its fair share of side quests too, that offer "many more additional activities".

Exploration is encouraged as the world is huge, vertically huge to be exact.
