A female-centered spin-off of 'Black Panther' on the anvil?

Other films that fed his imagination as he and his collaborators, who included cinematographer Rachel Morrison, readied Black Panther included Abderrahmane Sissako's Timbuktu for its views of contemporary Africa and Ciro Guerra's Embrace of the Serpent for its ideas about colonization. As a way of paying it back, Coogler also arranged for 60 film students to be part of the audience. "That would be awesome if the opportunity came up".

But Coogler did not want that inspiration divulged before the movie came out because he said he was anxious that people would think he was "aiming too high" for a comic book film. "Some of them have before!"

Black Panther's special features include some in-depth featurette videos, most notably a lengthy conversation between numerous minds behind Black Panther-the movie, as well as the original and contemporary comics. During an interview earlier this week at Canne with film critic Elvis Mitchell, the director was asked if the women in the movie were as important as the male characters.

Buffett and Gates slam bitcoin for being a non-productive investment
Aside from Bitcoin, Gates also singled out ICOs as some of the riskiest and speculative bets available to the public. He argued that trading or investing in cryptos is "just dementia".

Black Panther's strong and complex women characters also became instant fan favourites with Lupita Nyongo as Nakia, Lelita Wright as Shuri and Danai Gurira as Okoye.

Discussing how they helped to carry the Black Panther film, he said, "I think you could argue (that the women) are more important".

"It really did something to me as a filmmaker", he said, adding that in his festival experience "sometimes it can be challenging when you're in a talk and you don't see faces that look like yours". "I saw a lot of good people who didn't make it past that age, whether they went to prison or whether they were murdered". For him, his favorite part of Black Panther involved the women after T'Challa disappears for a portion of the movie.
